Cynthia Stephens
Obsidian Prime was incorporated in California on January 18, 2024.
Cynthia Stephens holds an MBA from the University of Phoenix and brings more than 25 years of experience in real estate management and business operations, including property management consulting and work with the Port of Los Angeles.
She is a licensed life and health insurance agent and brings more than 20 years of fundraising and organizational work with Christian nonprofit organizations.
The company is managed by a single officer and director and intends to expand management as the platform scales.
